Incense has been
widely used from the ancient times. Though they were mainly used for religious
purposes, nowadays people use it inside the houses to get the desired effects.
Though not scientifically proven, it is a fact that incense fragrance has a
positive effect on humans. It has the power to relieve anxiety and thus
lowering the blood pressure. When burned inside the bedroom, it is observed
that incense has the tendency to improve the sleep quality.
